There are many things that can affect a person physically and mentally but habits are one of the most important factors from them. Because it is your habits which decides your overall thinking as well as your physical appearance.
Also, it is not that difficult to alter these habits to bring some positive changes in life. Rather science states that if a person wants to leave a habit, then he should control around 21 days and on 22nd day it will not be your habit anymore. But the most important thing that works here is your willpower and determination.

Get Up Early and Drink Plenty of Water
This should be your first thing in the morning that you should start your day early and just after waking up it is advisable that you should drink at least 2 glasses of water in empty stomach. This will help you to stay healthy and positive whole day.
Also, science states that a normal person should drink at least 3 litres of water in a day to stay healthy and this intake may increase a bit if you have any medical condition. So, watch out your water intake.
A Morning Walk
After taking freshen up and shower the first thing you should do is a morning walk. To stay regular, you can include your loved ones or your friends who can motivate you and you can make some great conversations with them.
But here many people confuse between jogging and walking. You don’t need to run harder just take a walk at nearby garden or peaceful place. During this time, you will get fresh air and amazing atmosphere which will lighten your mood and bring lots of positivity.
If you feel that you are suffering from stress or anxiety or you can’t focus on things then you should start meditating in the morning. Also, if you want to calm your senses or want to increase your concentration you can choose meditation.
To start the meditation, you can join a meditation class to learn it and once you are mastered with meditation techniques then you can start meditating at your home. This will help you to lower your stress level and will increase your concentration.
This is really essential step which most of the people skip due to shortage of time or being lazy in making food. They eat anything to just fill the stomach. But all the meals of the day should be proper and healthy. But healthy doesn’t mean that you should rely on fruits, juices or milk.
Rather than that, you should take a balanced meal which will be tasty as well as healthy. Also, it is advisable that you should take your breakfast before 10 in the morning not after that because it can ruin your food cycle of the day.
Apart from that, you should take your lunch between 12 noon to 2 in the afternoon as well as dinner at least 4 hours before going to bed. To make a proper meal chart you can take help of a dietician or meal planner.
Take Small Breaks
When you are at your workplace it is wiser that you should not continuously work for hours without any break or taking a lunch break only. This will harm your body in a longer run.
Rather than that, you should take small breaks in every one of one and half an hour for 10 minutes. During these 10 minutes, you can roam within the office premise or can communicate with your colleagues but not about the work-related things.
Spend Time with Family
This is the most important step that we mostly skip due to our career ambitions and desire to make money. Yes, you might achieve success through this path in your professional life but it will definitely ruin your personal and emotional life and you will end up by living like a robot.
Give yourself some time and think why you are earning and trying hard this much if the answer is for making your loved ones lives better then think twice because it is true that money is essential but they need your live, affection and time more than money to live a happy life.
If you have busy schedule then just give one or two hours in a day to your family. Take your dinner with them, play some games with your child, make some good conversations with your spouse. This will definitely not bother your work but it will lower your stress.
Do What You Love
We are living in the age of technology where we are forgetting the values of hobbies and living for ourselves which is the reason most of the people are suffering from mental conditions like stress and anxiety.
Thus, it is essential that we should give one or two hours in a day to our hobbies. This will bring positivity in your life and will help you to grow mentally. Give yourself a second chance.
Sleep is one of the most essential part of our lifestyle and we should take proper sleep to stay fit and healthy for a longer run. As per the science, a healthy person should take at least 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep to stay healthy and the figure may differ if you consist of any medical condition.
In order to take quality sleep, you should make a peaceful and colder environment. Keep your bedding softer and cosy as well as study states that if you are sleeping next to your love it will lower your stress and you will be able to sleep like a baby which is extremely helpful to stay healthy.
